This website is operated by Tech 2 Group Limited (trading as Tech 2 Recycle). We are a mobile technology trade in and recycling service.

This information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This includes sending you out order confirmation emails, sending you information/a postage pack, and making a payment to your bank account/PayPal account.

Personal Data will be obtained direct from yourselves. We will hold on to this for a legal period to do with our tax accounts, ie; up to 7 years. It will be stored on our computer system which only 2 people have access to and is locked in our alarmed office.

We routinely share your name and delivery address details with Royal Mail or DPD. This data sharing enables them to dispatch/collect the goods your ordered directly to you or us.

We also use 3rd party cookies from Trustpilot to enable you to review our services. If you have any queries regarding this please get in touch with us by email via our contact page.

We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law.

We require you to provide name, address, delivery address to enable us to provide our service. We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you whether you are required to provide the information to us.
